The workshop reception will take place on Monday (02.09.2024) in the Klub Studio where the BGH beer, our own university beer, is brewed. The club is located at the AGH University campus.
Welcome Reception (03.09.2024)
The welcome reception will take place on Tuesday (03.09.2024) in the Main Hall A0 of the AGH University building.
Conference Gala Dinner (04.09.2024)
The conference gala dinner will take place on Wednesday (04.09.2024) in one of the chambers of the Wieliczka Salt Mine.
The “Wieliczka” Salt Mine is a UNESCO World Heritage site with a rich history. Before the Gala Dinner, we will have a guided tour of the Salt Mine (approximately 1 hour). The tour will begin 125 meters underground, accessible via a staircase by foot. We recommend wearing comfortable sports shoes (no high heels). There will be a possibility to change in the changing room after the tour. The temperature inside the Salt Mine is around 15°C (59°F). We recommend bringing a light jacket or a sweater for your comfort.
